Order Processing and Shipping

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Orders

All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Once processed your order will be shipped, please allow 3-6 days for delivery within the United Kingdom.

You will receive a status update once shipped and a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become available.

Delivery costs for United Kingdom and Northern Ireland are calculated at checkout and based on order value. See table below.

European and International Orders

All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Once processed your order will be shipped, please allow 5-10 days for delivery to European destinations and 7-15 days to International destinations.

You will receive a status update once shipped and a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Toppahat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@toppahat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not currently support shipping to P.O Boxes

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns as long as you notify us up to 14 days after delivery and and we will refund the full order amount and the original shipping costs. In order to qualify for a return the following conditions apply.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and have labels attached.
  • UK customers must return the items within 14 days of telling us.
  • We only accept returns from the person who purchased the item.
  • You as the consumer are responsible for delivery costs for the return.

To return an item contact us at help@toppahat.com with your Order Number, Item to be Returned and Reason for Return e.g. wrong size, wrong colour.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a fault in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@toppahat.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds will processed on return of the item to us and upon inspection, if all conditions have been met refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back. It is the returners responsibility to send the package back to us, details on how to do this will be provided during the returns process.  If you prefer to have an exchange rather than a refund please let us know when you contact us.
