1. Do Toppahat offer custom patch designs?

We do not currently offer one off or small quantities of custom patch designs.  If you are interested in using our brand to market your music, sports team or event and have a larger quantity in mind, please reach us at info@toppahat.com

2. How do I care for my bucket hat?

Our hats are made of 100% Cotton and can be gently hand washed with a standard non-bio detergent.  Aggressive scrubbing or brushing can cause bobbling so should be avoided.  Wash care instructions are on the internal label of the product. The wash care label can be tucked behind the sweat band to hide it.

  • Hand wash at or below 30 degrees
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron or steam at a low temperature

We do not accept returns for hats which have been washed without following the wash care instructions. All returns are inspected before processing any refund.

3. How do I care for my patches?

Patches can be wiped clean with a cloth.  Avoid aggressive scrubbing as it will cause damage.  Our patches come with a loop backing and we recommend retaining this so you patches can be stored away and won't snag against each other,

4. Removing creases from my bucket hat?

When you receive your bucket hat it will be creased as it will arrive flat. Due to the quality cotton this will disappear after some time of wearing.  If you would like to speed up the process you can stuff your hat with a damp towel and gently blow dry with a medium heat hairdryer.

5. When will I receive my order?

UK orders are shipped from our premises using Royal Mail and normally take between 3-6 days to arrive.  You will receive a tracking number and receive status updates via email. If you are a member you can login to you account and view the status at anytime.

All orders are shipped from the UK, therefore depending on your International or European location it could take between 7-15 days to arrive and may need to go through customs clearance.  All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking reference which you can use to view the status of your delivery at any time.


6. Do I have to pay Customs/Duty/Taxes on my order?

Countries outside of the E.U may be subject to local customs/tax charges, Toppahat is not responsible for the payment of these taxes, it is up to the receiver to pay any cost incurred.
