Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns as long as you notify us up to 14 days after delivery and and we will refund the full order amount and the original shipping costs. In order to qualify for a return the following conditions apply.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging and have labels attached.
- UK customers must return the items within 14 days of telling us.
- We only accept returns from the person who purchased the item.
- You as the consumer are responsible for delivery costs for the return.
To return an item contact us at help@toppahat.com with your Order Number, Item to be Returned and Reason for Return e.g. wrong size, wrong colour.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a fault in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@toppahat.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds will processed on return of the item to us and upon inspection, if all conditions have been met refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back. It is the returners responsibility to send the package back to us, details on how to do this will be provided during the returns process. If you prefer to have an exchange rather than a refund please let us know when you contact us.
